Main Features of the VST Precision Filter Basket 

• All VST filters are warranted for zero defects
• Filters are matched for a total square area to +/- 5% to ensure identical group-to-group performance (typical variances of standard filters range from 50-200% of nominal) 
• The holes of the basket are fabricated, with a new micro-machine and finishing process 
• 100% of holes are measured on every filter for min/max range limits on area and diameter to a precision of +/- 30 µm (an individual QC report is provided with every filter) 
• All of the holes of the basket are measured for circularity, placement, square area and blocked holes 
• The hole pattern is centred to+/- 1.0 mm, and the placement is oriented for uniform extraction throughout the entire puck
• A wide outlet angle prevents filters from clogging, and the anti-wear design ensures uniform performance for the life of the product 
• Improved structural integrity. Withstands deflection from pump cycling without premature fatigue failures 

Each VST filter basket is serialised with a unique 2-D code to ensure the authenticity of the product and its specifications and performance. The unique 2-D code references stored factory measurement, quality reports and image data. 

Each genuine VST basket is graded and warranted to perform in an identical manner to similar grades. The VST filter is warranted to meet or exceed published specifications, or will otherwise be replaced free of charge.  

Choose from a range of sizes, including 15g, 18g, 20g and 22g. All of the VST baskets have a 60mm diameter, which makes them suitable to fit with most 60mm portafilters.
