This coffee is from the famous coffee growing region of Sotora. The coffee is slow-dried, after picking, for up to 45 days in solar tunnels with farmers turning it every couple of hours.
This coffee is the result of eight small speciality producers coming together and processing through the world class Manos Juntas micromill. The belief being that quality comes from not just excellence in the processing, but also from expert farmers.
