Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address used to place the order in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return any unwanted item* within 30 days and we will happily exchange or refund your item at no cost.**

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt.

*Coffee and filter papers are not included in this unless the product is damaged on arrival or the product is incorrect due to a fault by Coffee Hit.
*The Comandante Range - seals must be intact for a return or exchange.
*La Marzocco machines have a 14 day return period, and may be subject to restocking/return shipping fees.
*Any items that have been customised/personalised are not eligible for return.

**Free returns are currently only available for Mainland UK customers

 

After 30 days we will accept a return for a credit up to 6 months. It's your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will then issue a Store Credit Voucher. Store credit will expire after 12 months from the date of issue. Contact Us to Return an item over 30 Days.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged upon receipt we will arrange to collect and exchange. 

For warranty claims in the UK, we will collect and repair or replace your item
For products sold or subsequently shipped outside the UK, the warranty is a back-to-base warranty.

 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • After 30 Days original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • After 30 Days you are responsible for return shipping charges

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
