Just 175 miles north of the equator in the foothills of Colombia’s largest volcano, Nevado del Huila, Finca Alejandria in Huila is perfectly suited to growing the legendary Pink Bourbon coffee variety with its fertile soils, lush climate and optimal altitude. This crop has been processed using the washed method in order to let the nuance of this Pink Bourbon shine through.

Our special espresso roast of this Pink Bourbon washed coffee highlights the rich flavours of dark chocolate, orange peel and caramel for a rich, smooth taste.
