This is a spare set - the same as the bowl that comes with every NutraMilk.

Super-handy to have a second bowl if you are making high volumes, or different milks and butters in a busy environment.

Having spare bowls in a busy environment makes perfect sense - you can finish one batch, swap out the bowl for a spare unit and be on your next batch of nut milk or butter within seconds.

Also perfect for elimination of the possibility of cross-contamination from allergens. Because it is made of BPA free Tritan, clean-up is super - easy Simply rinse it and wash in the dishwasher (top rack recommended). We prefer to wash by hand and it takes just a couple of minutes.
